Industrial Coating Solutions, Inc is a locally owned, full service powder coating job shop located in south central Montana. We provide blasting services as well as phosphate pre-treatment to ensure the highest integrity of your powder coated finish. WHY POWDER COAT? Powder coating can now be done on a vast array of metals, with an enormous selection of colors and textures. Many formulations are also available to protect substrates from the elements of mother nature, or exposure to chemicals. In comparison to most paints, powder coating is much more resilient, offering superior UV resistance and much higher impact resistance. Powder coating can be more cost effective, and is environmentally friendly. Large jobs are no problem at industrial coating solutions (ICS), as we are the largest facility in the greater Billings area, situated on three acres with 13,000 square feet of building space.  We also have a 26’ x 30’ blast room and a 30' long oven to accommodate large industrial projects.		ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS  ICS, Inc. powder application is accomplished in one of TWO Donaldson Torrit self-cleaning spray booths to insure there is no powder discharge to the immediate environment. Freemont Industries phosphate spray system and regular ph and chemical testing ensures that ICS, Inc. fully complies with Federal, State and local regulations for water treatment and safe disposal. ICS operates two large convection ovens to facilitate the curing process, the largest measuring 10’ x 10’ x 30’. For small jobs like patio furniture, or large industrial components we are able to provide superior quality and prompt 3-5 day turn around service.
